1. Fundamentals
Understanding agentic AI, the Claude ecosystem and what makes an agent capable of executing complete missions.
  • The Shift: From Chatbots to Autonomous Agents
  • From LLMs to LRMs: generating vs. reasoning step by step
  • Foundation models: one model, a thousand uses (prompting and fine-tuning)
  • AI Agents: when AI acts. Memory, RAG, tools, orchestration, decision-making
  • MCP: how AI agents connect live to your emails, databases, ERP, calendar
  • Agentic AI at the heart of the enterprise
2. Installation & Configuration
Your AI Engineer up and running, configured from scratch by you:
  • Project instructions: the business rules, conventions and guardrails your agent follows at every interaction
  • Short-term memory (auto-memory): preferences, corrections and user profile persist between conversations
  • Lessons learned: your agent learns from its mistakes and never repeats them
  • Hooks: automations that trigger on their own (syntax check after every edit, dangerous command blocking, startup reporting)
  • Skills: autonomous procedures your agent executes on demand: deploy, diagnose, query your data in a single word
  • Sub-agents: delegate tasks in parallel, your agent splits complex work across specialized workers

Prerequisites

To participate, each attendee needs:

  • A PC (Windows, Mac or Linux) with admin rights, or an accessible server, to install Node.js and Claude Code
  • A Claude Pro subscription ($20/month, ~€18/month, cancellable anytime), which includes access to Claude Code

Optional but recommended: an Anthropic API key (pay-as-you-go, a few euros) to avoid token limits during intensive work.
